Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of LaunchFar (launchfar.com), including the beta waitlist and any early-access features. By joining the waitlist or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Beta service

LaunchFar is in beta and provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Features may change, be added, or be removed, and the service may be unavailable or discontinued at any time. We do not offer a service-level guarantee during the beta.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use LaunchFar. Accounts are managed through our authentication provider, Clerk. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Do not scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer the service except as permitted by law.

Intellectual property

The service, its content, and its course materials are owned by LaunchFar or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, non-transferable licence to use the service for your personal, non-commercial learning.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchFar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the beta. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [TODO: jurisdiction, e.g. Germany], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.

Changes
